• F455 Forward Digital Night Vision Add On

The Pulsar Forward F455 is the brand new night vision add on from Pulsar and feature a brand new HD sensor that is a highly sensitive CMOS sensor featuring a 1280×720 HD resolution that provides a high definition image with precise detail rendering. The Pulsar F455 uses the newest software, cutting-edge electronic components and signal-processing algorithms to deliver one of the industry’s highest values of nighttime sensitivity on the market for any front night vision add on.

The Pulsar F455 provides superb performance in deep twilight, even night, without switching on IR the illumination. High sensitivity in the range of 900-950nm makes it possible to use the Forward F455 with invisible IR Illuminators like the featured on board IR which is 940nm.

The obvious major benefit of choosing a Pulsar F455 forward attachment is the fact that the shooter can keep their day optics in play and simply attach the Pulsar F455 when night hits. Another benefit of the Pulsar F455 is that the shooter does not adjust the mounting position or their eye position of their day scope to accommodate the forward which saves alot of time and hassle as rear add on’s such as the Archer can increase your eye relief massively making you rifle uncomfortable to shoot or impossible to shoot without alterations in mounts or stocks.

The Forward F455 is supplied with a detachable high power invisible IR illuminator (940 nm). Three adjustable IR power levels help choose preferred effective range and illumination level of an object observed.

Due to the Pulsar F455 having an extremely high nighttime sensitivity, high resolution display and sensor, a wide selection of brightness and contrast settings, quality optics and a powerful built-in IR Illuminator (external IR’s will provide better performance) for operation in total darkness the Pulsar F455 is able to be used out to ranges of 450-500 metres.

The Pulsar Forward F455 utilises an advanced self-contained autonomous B-Pack power supply system.

Easy transformation of an optic sight into a night vision device

To install the Forward F onto the front optical bell of a day sight, adapters of various mounting size are used. The adapter permanently attaches to the sight’s bell. This allows quick installation of the Forward F attachment in front of the lens for nighttime shooting. When the attachment is not used, the adapter accommodates a protective cap to protect the sight lens in the daytime.

Enhanced nighttime sensitivity

The Forward F455 uses proprietary software, cutting-edge electronic components and signal-processing algorithms to deliver one of the industry’s highest values of sensitivity in infrared spectrum (nighttime sensitivity). The result is a device offering flawless passive-mode performance in deep twilight, even night, without switching on IR illumination. High sensitivity in the range of 900-950nm makes it possible to use the Forward F455 with invisible IR Illuminators.

Maintaining the advantages of daylight optics in the nighttime

Using the Forward F Attachment allows uses to maintain the advantages of their day optics in the nighttime. Advantages include: longer eye relief as compared to that in the night vision riflescopes, conventional shape of the aiming reticle, continuous zoom, quick conversion from day to night hunting mode, preserving shooting style.

Point-of-Impact Stability

Forward F allows shooters to focus on quick target acquisition and shot placement in low-light environments without stressful, complex adjustments by utilizing a sequential layout of optical and electronic components designed to provide precise sight alignment and ultra-easy adjustability.

Attachment’s design ensures stability of the point-of-impact when re-focusing the attachment at various distances.

Powerful long-range IR Illuminator

The Forward F455 is supplied with a detachable high power invisible IR illuminator (940 nm). Three adjustable IR power levels help choose preferred effective range and illumination level of an object observed.

Over 500 m nighttime viewing range

High nighttime sensitivity, high resolution display and sensor, wide selection of brightness and contrast settings, quality optics and a powerful built-in IR Illuminator for operation in total darkness make the Forward F455 the perfect tool for detecting large quarry at distances of 450-500 meters.

High caliber recoil resistance: 12 gauge., 9.3×64, .375H&H

Forward F455 front attachments feature high shock resistance allowing use with large caliber hunting rifles such as 9.3х64, .30-06, .300, .375. etc., as well as smooth-bore and airsoft weapons.

Integrated video recorder

Capturing still images and video is seamless with the Forward F455’s built-in video recorder. Image and video content is stored internally and can easily be transferred to PC/laptop via wired connection or wirelessly to your smartphone or tablet with the iOS and Android compatible Stream Vision App.

Quick-change long-life rechargeable battery packs

Forward F455 uses an advanced self-contained autonomous B-Pack power supply system.

The rechargeable battery IPS5 (5 Ah) fits into a special slot in the riflescope’s body without protruding and delivers over 5 hrs. of operation from a single charge in the maximum consumption mode.

Higher-powered IPS7 (6.5Ah), IPS10 (10Ah) and IPS14 (13.2Ah) Battery Packs are also optionally available. Quick-release and wireless design, long operating time are the major highlights of this power system.

Instant start-up

Forward F455 starts up within three seconds after ON button is pressed.

Updatable Software

A smartphone, free mobile application Stream Vision and Internet access is all one needs to check updates and to install new firmware. This allows a hunter to receive new features and bug fixes for a Forward F455 he/she already owns.

Four-point quick bayonet mount with automatic clamp

The attachment docks the proprietary adapter with the durable four-point bayonet assembly.

Pulsar line includes three models of adapters to mount on sights with a lens diameter of 42; 50; 56mm.

Compatible with adapters of third party manufacturers

European companies such as Micron&Rusan and SmartClip offer a wide range of adapters to mount day sights on Pulsar attachments. This offer enables the Pulsar attachment to be mounted on various optic sights by numerous manufacturers.

Software sensitivity enhancement algorithm SumLight

SumLight function increases sensor sensitivity, which allows passive observation (with IR off) in low light at night. The software automatically activates algorithms, such as summing adjacent pixel signals, frame addition, thus increasing sensitivity while preserving sufficient image quality.

Fully waterproof IPX7

The Forward F455 is fully waterproof featuring an IPX7 level of protection. The device is able to operate in precipitation of any intensity and survive a short-term submersion.

Operating Temperatures from -25 to +50°C

Forward F455 is effective in use at low temperatures (down to -25°C). The frost-resistant AMOLED display features quick response rate and ensures a crisp image when viewing fast moving objects.
